These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in and use of the Ocular Surface Summit website, registration system, and related services (“Event”). By registering for or attending the Event, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

1. Registration and Payment

All attendees must register through the official Ocular Surface Summit website, www.ocularsurface.org.
Full payment is required at the time of registration to secure your participation.
Registration is non-transferable unless expressly approved by the Event organizers.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

Substitution of attendees may be permitted with prior written consent by February 1, 2026

3. Event Program and Changes

The Event organizers reserve the right to make changes to the program, speakers, venue, or schedule without prior notice.
Every effort will be made to maintain the quality and integrity of the program.

4. Code of Conduct

All attendees are expected to maintain professional and respectful conduct throughout the Event.
Harassment, disruptive behavior, or violation of Event policies may result in removal without refund.

5. Liability

The Event organizers are not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property during the Event.
Attendees are responsible for their own travel, accommodations, and insurance coverage.

6. Photography and Media

By attending, you consent to being photographed, recorded, or filmed during the Event.
The Event organizers may use such media for promotional, educational, or archival purposes without further approval or compensation.

7. Intellectual Property

All Event materials, including presentations, slides, and recordings, are protected by intellectual property laws.
Reproduction or distribution without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

Personal data collected during registration will be used solely for Event administration and communication.
